Cancellation and Return Entitlement:

Customers reserve the right to cancel the Contract, return the Goods, and receive a full refund (or full credit if payment hasn't been processed), provided that the Goods remain unused, unmounted on a rim, undriven, and with intact packaging materials, maintaining the pristine condition in which they were received by the installer or customer.

 

Early Cancellations:

In instances of early cancellations, where the goods have not yet departed our warehouse, customers will not incur any deduction.

 

Costs and Indemnification:

For cancellations after goods have left the warehouse, customers are liable for the costs associated with returning the Goods and shall indemnify Noble.parts against any such expenses. Noble.parts reserves the right to charge customers for any direct costs incurred during the return process.

 

Restocking and Administrative Charges:

We assure customers that no additional restocking or administrative charges will be applied to their refunds. For accurate return costs, customers are encouraged to contact the Noble.parts customer service center, as costs may vary based on tyre specifications and location.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

Please note that tyres purchased under special promotions, rare sizes, specialized tyres, or race/track tyres are deemed non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

Refund Procedure:

Refunds will be processed solely through the Original Mode of Payment, ensuring a seamless and secure transaction process.
